Meet Dianna Bunker
I started practicing yoga because of the mental and physical benefit I gained from my own personal practice. After practicing yoga for over 10 years, I decided to continue my journey and increase my knowledge by going through a yoga teacher training and also the desire to share it with others. I am a certified personal trainer of 20 years and certified yoga instructor for over 5 years. I love the body. I have been in the health industry for all of my adult life and love sharing my knowledge with others. I enjoy variety in my own practice and learning from others. I believe the body should move with breath, love and gratitude. I have practiced many disciplines of yoga, and have come to love Anusara, Yin, and restorative yoga. My favorite saying is ” we spend all our day moving ourselves out of alignment and separating ourselves from our breath, yoga is what brings us back to our breath, alignment, and present within ourselves.
