With rooms that will hold from 12 to 400 guests, we can provide all the options to fit your company’s needs.  We offer event planning and décor, excellent cuisine, customized workshops, equipment to serve your AV/Audio needs and the best place of all to do business - our 177 acre Matt Dye designed signature golf course.  Let our professional staff make your next corporate event a memorable occasion.

Heritage Room - This beautiful classic designed room has floor to ceiling bookcases holding Golf Memorabilia and Trophies.  The elegant fireplace and leather furniture add to this distinguished room.  This room is 864 square feet and will hold up to 40 guests.

The Garden Room - The Garden Room on the main floor of the Clubhouse is set apart by it’s beautiful glass sunroom with panoramic views of Timpanogos.  The room has classic architecture with a striking stone mantle and French doors that lead your guests to a beautiful garden patio with a flowing stream and waterfall overlooking the manicured 18th green.  This room is 2720 square feet and will hold up to 200 guests.

The Sunset Room - The spectacular Sunset Room is on the top floor of the Clubhouse.  This room has a wonderfully spacious feeling with steep vaulted ceilings, a beautiful grand fireplace and rich hardwood floors. From a large balcony, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of the golf course, mountains and lake. This room is 4160 square feet and will hold up to 400 guests.
